Generate a support request

Step 1: Input your name and email

Step 2: Create a subject line for your request

Step 3: Select a dropdown option that best aligns with the type of your request, including but not limited to requests, troubleshooting, feature clarifications, and questions about your license

Step 4: Assign a priority value to your request based on urgency

Step 5: Choose the data product that aligns with your request

Step 6: Provide a description for your support request

Step 7: Illustrate your problem with references. Options include:

  • Taking a screenshot of either a specific window or the entire screen

  • Upload a maximum of 5 files to illustrate this problem
